| 内容記述 | This paper investigates how prefectures provide financial statements of Japanese medical corporations via the Internet. The results of the survey are the following:（ 1） 22 prefectures require personal information of applicants, and 16 prefectures conceal some information contained in financial statements when allowing them to inspect financial statements; （2） 7 prefectures do not allow access to reports on the status of transactions with related parties, and 5 of these prefectures require personal information of applicants. Making personally identifiable information subject to disclosure would give the medical corporation an incentive to conceal information. To ensure proper management of medical corporations, it would be effective to exclude personally identifiable information from viewing and to make it invisible to the general public. | |||||||
